I put it by parts to be easier, so no matter if you use a syringe or a pipet you fill it 1 time (1 part), 2 times (2 parts) or 8 times (8 parts water). Just use the same tool to measure.

Recipe:

2 parts castor oil
1 part almond oil
2 parts olive oil
1 part coconut oil
1 part glycerin
8-(10) parts water

Mix all and shake well before each use.
