This is a back to school tutorial inspired by the look and fashion of Blair Waldorf from the popular TV show Gossip Girl.

The first part is the make up followed by a short segment of how you can duplicate Gossip Girls preppy Upper East Side fashion.

The focus of the look is great skin and great eyes. Use a neutral palette to contour the eyes bringing out its shape and mineral foundation to even out the skin tone.

I used only two shadow brushes to create the look and Q-tips. A majority of the makeup can be found at your local drugstore. I wanted to make it as simple and affordable as possible for my younger viewers.

The pieces of the outfits came from Forever 21 or HnM and the shoes were Steve Madden. You can definitely wear this outfit out or use it as a Halloween costume.
