Skin Care Routine and Products I use!!
OK so here is my skin care routine. I am sorry for posting this so late. Hope this will help some of you guys:)
I do my skin care regime at night cause I have more time at night, my skin can breathe and moisturiser can do its job throughout the night .
Products mentioned:
Pure Luxe Calamine Soap Bar (bought from www.pureluxecosmetics.com)
Clinique Clarifying Lotion (step 2 of their 3-step skin care)
Clinique Dramatically different moisturizing lotion (step 3 of their 3-step skin care)
Palmer’s Olive Butter Formula- Organic Therapy for healthy skin- Extra virgin olive oil.
Differn (adapalene gel)
Clean & Clear maximum strength Persa-gel 10 (was too drying for my skin so stopped using, bought it from cvs)
Biore warming anti-blackhead cream cleaner (bought it from cvs)
St. Ives Apricot Scrub

A lot of young people wonder why their skin is bad. I asked a young bride-to-be about her sheets and pillowcase? Were they clean and changed frequently? She was embarrassed to admit that her sheets were filthy, and may be the very reason why her skin, especially on her back, was bad. My BFF finally cured her bad skin condition when she would change her pillow case every other day and flipping it each night….she kept a stash of clean ones next to the bed. good luck!

She’s cleaning it at night so a sunscreen isn’t needed. In the AM you would wash and add the sunscreen

At home products …
At home products will do minimal to your scars. I would recommend having series of med depth chemical peels or laser resurfacing… I perform chemical peels very often on my clients, they may be an “older” technology but they are superb.
