If you have scars, dont give up. There are at home peels like jessner’s, or TCA. wear SPF in your lotion, drink water, take omega 3, use jojoba, vitamin e, acai berry, etc. There are so many options. First start with eating healthier lean meats, avoid sugars, water, no guten, breads, or alcohol. Sweat it out, and you will see wonders in your facial acne scars. Good luck, but don’t let it get you down. Sometimes we know more than the docs, all because f the internet. Go for it.

actually, i’m going to tell all of you the truth, i DO NOT BELIEVE in DERMATOLOGY and those stupid doctore. I have been to four of them, and none of them have been able to help me…. all they did was give me some stupid pills and cremes and they never worked… so here some advice…. save you money and just DEALLL!!! Realy it will be less emotional and less painful,,,, yes i have scars, ubt i guess i was just meant to have them…. DERmatologists dont help at all…..
