I need help naming my new skin care line!!!?

Filed under: natural organic skin care — admin @ 8:28 am

I am starting my own line of skin care products that are just as good as the expensive brands, only cheaper… such as : anti-wrinkle/anti aging creams, vitamin c-serums (that actually work and are cheap!) moisturizers, face and body washes and scrubs, and eventually hair care.

I have invest soooo much time and money for the equipment and and supplies and months and months for the product testing… I really want to make this work!
I need help coming up with a catchy name that describes what it’s all about. I am at a total loss here.. You only get one chance to come up with something cool.
Here’s some info:

*** I use the exact same quality and amount of active ingredients as the expensive manufactures. Some of my products even have more (the ones that allowed me to turn it up a notch without causing skin irritation)

***I try to make them as organic as possible (some things like the vitamin c-serums need certain additives to keep them from going bad, most home made vitamin c serums you buy from ebay and etsy don’t have these additives and go bad after only 24 hours. This is one of my key advantages over the others

*** My products will be affordable for ANY budget. I’m not so much out to make a huge profit. I’m more concerned about making sure MY costs are covered (you are mainly paying what I pay for the products) This is something I enjoy doing and want people to be able to afford these products and be 100% happy with the results.

*** I’d like to have "diva or divas" as part of the name… but don’t know how to describe (in one word) all the other information. Like… what word describes "affordable" "organic" or "natural" and "just as good as the most expensive products on the market"

I wish I could offer free samples to those who reply. I don’t know if my question would get deleted if I include my contact information?

Thanks!
excellent suggestions! i’m amazed <3
thank you all so much!

"Pro-diva" "Eco-Diva"
"Diva-time" because when they’re using it it’s like they’re treating themselves to a little "diva-time".
"Di-Vero" It has that diva feel, but vero actually means "truth" in Latin. Di just means of. Consequently, you could also do something like "Di-Vilis" (of cheap), "Di-Veris" (of spring)

I hope I helped, or at least gave you some possibilities. I love what you’re doing and I hope I see it in stores soon. Good luck!

Which is the best organic/natural skin care line?

Filed under: natural organic skin care — admin @ 12:57 pm

You need to research and read ingredients! I’m actually starting my own organic skin care line and i spent months and months researching and coming up with the best formulas.

Avoid anything with ingredients that end with "cone" These are silicones, and altho they’ll make your skin/hair smooth, they’re not the greatest. They actually build up on skin and hair causing damage.

Look for anything containing glycerin or vegetable glycerin… these are derived from natural sources.
also, cetyl alcohol is good.

Also, "proplyene glycol" is needed in organic skin care products to preven oxidization, or the product going bad. If it doesn’t contain this, then the ingredients will spoil or lose their therapeutic properties :)
Avoid any sulfates… Ammonium laureth sulfate is a harsh salt. Any sulfates are harsh

Thats just a couple things.. but the most common. Good luck!

Does makeup really cover natural beauty just like some people are implying?

Filed under: natural beauty care — admin @ 12:57 pm

Or it just depends on how one applies it? I don’t understand women who mention "natural beauty" when makeup is mentioned. I don’t care what men say about makeup since they’re not the ones wearing it. But what’s the bitterness behind women who don’t wear makeup towards women who wear makeup? If they don’t know how to apply makeup, or they don’t have fashion sense at all, they should say so, instead of making an excuse that they prefer "natural beauty". I really don’t understand their aversion towards makeup and women wearing it. They act as if makeup is permanent like a boob job.

I like the way you look at things! I don’t see makeup as a bad thing like some men do. There are ways to wear makeup and make it look like your not wearing any at all. I think it just depends on how it is applied. So no, in my opinion make up doesnt cover naturally beauty. I used to wear alot of makeup, I don’t so much now not because I think it’s trashy or nothing like that. It’s just my aunt told me in the long run it messes up your face. I believe her because she has the craters and scars to prove it.
