I recorded this from the Thom Hartmann show on Air America 3/26/2009. It was the first time I heard this mentioned in the media at all. I was thrilled. Especially after that PR stunt that the White House did with Michelle Obama planting an organic garden. What a load of crap….yet the Obots love it. This segment of the show ran 1 hour with phone calls and 1 other interview. I have it all and will post it if wanted. This portion is the most informative of what HR875 really is. Get the word out. Time to wake up guys.

I came across this site http://www.organicwearmakeup.com while searching for organic make up products. I've never used organic make up before because I don't know if it has better coverage than the other known make up brands (ie Mac, L'oreal, Cover girl, etc). I heard about minerals make up from a friend and I thought I could start using that too. Although Im not sure if they really are good for the skin and the environment as they claim to be. What do you guys think?

organic makeup is gentler on the skin, and better for the environment. Or at least they are a lot better than comon drugstore makeup products.

however, there are some types of makeup that are easily made organic, and others that aren't as good. Powders like powdered blushes, bronzers, and foundation work well. I didn't think the mascaras would be that good, but I bought a tube of the loreal bare naturale mascara and I love it, it has the same effect while making my eyelashes soft.

but things like cream concealers and eyeshadows aren't a great choice for organic products, they don't blend as well and can get cakey.

What I mean is that I was wondering if any one knew a pest spray for plants that you can put on any type of plants to prevent pests. An easy organic spray that I can make.

And I was also wondering what types of flowers attract ladybugs?
I think cosmo and marigolds do, what are some others?

There really is not a magic organic insecticidal spray that will not kill all insects including ladybugs. Organic pest control is multi faceted and all about keeping a balance going on between the good guys and the bad guys (who are often dinner for the good guys).

Soap spray as suggested is great to kill soft bodies insects such as aphids but will not repel any insects.

Garlic sprays work moderately well to repel most insects and this can easily be made but crush 7 to 10 cloves of garlic in about quart of distilled or soften water. Let this sit for a week in the fridge than strain off the garlic chunks and use the garlic liquid at a rate of 1TBL per quart of water. Spray on plants as needed.

There are no plants that attract ladybugs-only pests such as aphids attract ladybugs as that is what they eat. Spraying a sugar and water solution on your plants will attract them (and ants). if you are trying to attract beneficial insects you cannot use ANY insecticides what so ever, even organic ones.
