Cetaphil Moisturizing Cream. Not the lotion, it is the cream you want. It is in a tub, and they sell it at drugstores and supermarkets, and sometimes even Costco. It is cheap, and perfect for sensitive skin. It's soothing, fragrance free and blends in quickly. MD recommended, too.
I also love Burt's Bees Apricot Baby Oil. It is quite greasy at first, but once blended, it feels good and its quite soothing. A little goes a long way.
Try scrubbing with a loofah in the shower. Use a gentle bar soap, like Dr Bronners castile soap. It is in the healthy food section. It cleanses and makes you feel soft.
